1. Who we are

Network Your Way is run by Rebecca Cooper ("Becs", "we", "us"), a UK-based sole trader providing networking coaching, frameworks, and related content. For any question about this policy or your data, contact hello@networkyourway.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what's needed to run the free tools and quizzes on this site, and to respond if you get in touch. This includes:

• Name and email address, when you complete a quiz or framework (e.g. the Networking Style Quiz, the Ripple Quiz, the Curiosity Hook, or the Right Room Check) and choose to receive your result by email.
• Your quiz answers or result type, so we can send you the correct result and relevant follow-up content.
• Basic usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type), used to understand how the site is used.
• Anything you send us directly, for example by email, if you get in touch to work together.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Send you the result of a quiz or framework you've completed, and occasional related content by email if you've asked for it
• Respond to enquiries about coaching or working together
• Understand which pages and tools are useful, so we can improve the site

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where it's stored

Quiz and framework submissions are collected via Google Forms and stored in Google's infrastructure. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not maintain a separate customer database beyond these tools.

5. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (you actively submit your name and email to receive a result) and legitimate interest (understanding site usage to improve it). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us and asking to be removed from any mailing list.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quiz and enquiry data for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled

8. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies, grouped as follows:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly. These can't be switched off.
• Functional cookies — used to load Google Fonts (Playfair Display and DM Sans) for the site's typography.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner.

You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for networkyourway.com and revisiting the site, which will show the cookie banner again. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site display.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
